Atlas Wholesale Caps and Hats Return Policy

All Atlas Wholesale Hat Sales are Final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. Unlike retail hats stores with higher prices and profit margins, Atlas Wholesale Hats keeps our hat prices low. We cannot keep our prices low and spend the costly time and man hours required to process time consuming exchanges. Atlas Hats sells only those hats and caps that meet our premium standards, and our flexible policy allows you to choose your sizes. We are confident you will be satisfied with your selection, and if you are in doubt; order a hat preview. If you prefer to order a hat preview, or one (1) hat, we will oblige, but the price will be retail.

The only exception to our 'All Sales are Final' policy, is if we ship you the wrong item. Of course, if we ship you the wrong item, we will exchange (No Refunds) your hats at no cost to you. Hats must be returned in their original packaging and within 30 days of our shipment to you. Hats must be in their original condition, never worn and unsoiled.

If we shipped you the wrong item, call Atlas Wholesale Hats at 1-800-789-0839 or 281-586-9037 and obtain an Authorization Number prior to returning your hats. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly visible on the shipping box; since we don't accept return packages without the required Authorization Number.

Although hats on this site are wholesale and inexpensive, we never forfeit quality. Atlas Hats sells only those hats that meet our premium standards. Our Wholesale Hats Ordering Policy is exceedingly accommodating. Unlike other wholesale hat distributors, Atlas doesn't sell pre packs - already packaged hats sold only in fixed numbers and fixed sizes. We're flexible, although we require a minimum purchase of six (6) hats per hat style, you choose the number of hats ( six or more), and you choose the sizes. If you prefer to order a hat preview, or one (1) hat, we will oblige, but the price will be retail. Our Wholesale Hats and flexible policy are an ideal combination for any small business or gift shop not equipped to purchase large quantities of hats; and for any clubs, associations, theater and school groups requiring reasonably priced quality hats. Our golf hats and caps are premium quality; attractive, but inexpensive; and the perfect accent for any golf club tournament.
